– Porn Star Martini: shake all ingredients twice in a shaker full of ice – 40 ml Passoã; 30 ml vodka; 10 ml vanilla syrup; 15 ml lime or lemon juice; pulp of 1 fresh passion fruit – double strain and serve in a pre-chilled coupe or martini glass. Finally, garnish with half a passion fruit and serve with a small glass of prosecco or champagne.
– Passoã Spritz: pour into a glass 1/4 Passoã + 2/4 sparkling wine + 1/4 sparkling water.
– Passoã Caïpi: fill a glass with crushed ice and pour 2/3 Passoã + 1/3 lime cut into pieces and cane sugar.
