Fratelli Branca Distillerie announces the appointment of Engineer Claudia Ciacci as General Manager, starting from January 1st, 2024. This decision reaffirms the commitment of the Milan-based company led by entrepreneur Niccolò Branca towards the growth and development of bright talents within the company.

Engineer Claudia Ciacci’s journey at Fratelli Branca Distillerie began in 2016: in the iconic Milanese company in the Beverage & Spirits sector for over 179 years, the manager has held key roles at the international level, demonstrating her leadership and innovation skills in various business areas, most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Before joining Branca, Engineer Ciacci gained significant experience as a Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (from 2012 to 2016) and as a Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble (from 2008 to 2012), after graduating in Management Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome.

Throughout her career, Engineer Claudia Ciacci has developed strategic and financial skills, which she has successfully applied at Branca International. During her professional journey at Branca, Engineer Ciacci has led strategic projects at a global level, contributing to the company’s digital transformation and sustainability. Her vision and her ability to drive change have significantly strengthened Branca’s position in the global market.

Engineer Claudia Ciacci’s appointment comes at a time of strong growth for the Branca Group, as evidenced by the brilliant results of recent years in constant growth and by the third position reached in the ranking of the most dynamic and profitable national medium-sized companies compiled by Mediobanca (November 2023).

Under the guidance of President Niccolò Branca and Engineer Claudia Ciacci, the company aims to further consolidate its presence in the Italian market, continuing to innovate and develop winning strategies under the company motto “Novare Serbando”, which aims to innovate while maintaining firm roots.
