Nicholson Gin

Nicholson Gin is the first London Dry Gin in English history, created in 1736. One of the few historic brands still in the hands of the founding family, it is the gin traditionally linked to the world of British cricket.

It was imported into Italy as early as the 1950s by Carpano and appears in historic cocktail books since the 1930s, including the Savoy Cocktail Book, the Waldorf Astoria Bar Book and Harry’s ABC of Mixing Cocktails, also paired with Antica Formula vermouth.

Nicholson Gin is a super-premium Classic London Dry Gin, distilled in small batches with 10 botanicals in traditional pot stills, at an alcohol content of 40.3% vol. Prominent notes include juniper, citrus, coriander and an elegant spicy touch.

Extraordinarily smooth and well-rounded, with a long and balanced dry finish, it is ideal for any gin-based cocktail.

With Carpano Vermouth, Carpano Bitter, and Nicholson Gin, the Perfect Negroni comes to life.
