Carpano

This story begins in the year 1786 in Turin, when the herbalist Antonio Benedetto Carpano blended herbs and spices with Muscat vine.Thus he created the formula, from which all distinctive taste Vermouths originate.Today Carpano is the principal ingredient of unique cocktails served in the best clubs.

Carpano Classico

The Classic Italian Vermouth, with the Carpano character.

Carpano Classico is a product that begins in the ‘900 and is the classic Italian Vermouth, with its Carpano character that emerges in cocktails: decisive, with zesty scents that persist in your mouth. Its taste both sweet and bitter is perfectly balanced, thanks also to the fresh bitter oranges and burned sugar which gives it its particular amber color. 

In its original recipe, the spiced and zesty notes harmonize with each other, complementing the taste with the aromas stemming from absinthe and making this classic vermouth balanced, and perfect for mixology. 

Its red amber colour, with hints of topaz, results, to the nost, strong, hot and rich of characterizing botanical notes like from cardamom honey and cinnamon. Sipping it at first, the taste is sweet and fortified thanks to the burned sugar; it then evolves in spices and wine-like notes and finally closes with a persistent taste of citrus.

Carpano Bianco

The Italian White Vemouth, sweet and scented.

Carpano Bianco is born in the 30s and is the Italian White Vermouth, sweet, with a a rich and fresh aroma. The scents and minerality of the wines, which constitute the blent of the White Carpano, balance with the zesty and spiced notes. It’s the product with the most amount of scents in the whole range. To the initial sweet taste, you immediately sense the complex, slightly bitter, botanical notes, which make the product pleasing and good for any occasion. The main ingredients are the fresh bitter orange peel, macis and cinnamon, which gives a particular spicy twist to the product. 

Dal gusto fresco, connotato dai sentori agrumati e di frutta esotica, macis e cannella, completati da quelli di fave di cacao fresche e mandorla, è ideale da bere con ghiaccio e una fetta di limone o lime. Ottimo ingrediente per cocktail unici. 

A fresh taste that stems from aromas coming from zests and exotic fruits like macis and cinnamon and completed with cacao beans and almonds, is ideas to drink on ice or with a lemon or lime wedge. It is also excellent for unique cocktails.
